Since the very beginning, customer service was top-notch. I received prompt, courteous replies via e-mail and pleasant responses over the phone. All of my questions were answered completely and honestly.
I never imagined that I would purchase an engagement ring online, but Sun Jewelry put my concerns at ease prior to my purchase. Still, I was a bit anxious awaiting my order of such a large purchase. Then after about 1 week to manufacture the ring with my selected center and side stones, it arrived via express mail... and WOW! The ring was exactly like I imagined it to be. The craftmanship was excellent. The diamonds were brilliant. The price could not have been beat by any competitor.

Great tension alternative

I originally wanted a tension setting but read a lot of not so good reviews about them online. I came across this ring while searching Google and it really caught my eye. I like the fact that the design looks like a tension setting, but it has an actual bar underneath the diamond which holds it tightly in place. I don’t have to worry about the diamond loosening like it would on a regular tension setting. The ring is very sleek and I really love the way it looks on my hand.
